-Dipping the racers is a great way to earn it points! As the owners of the racers we really appreciate your help in moving, however there now has to be a 50 dip maximum per cacher. This means that once you have dipped a racer in 50 caches all points (including bonus, zonal and kms) will be nulled. The racer will begin accumulating points again once it is placed in a cache and a new cacher starts helping. You may still pick up the racer multiple times however once you have cumulatively dipped 50 time, (ie 25 dips the first time, 20 the second, 5 the third) all points you attempt to give the racer will be voided. 50 dips is plenty of time to get a racer to where you want to bring it. Thank you again for helping!

-No one entered the race can handle their own racer's tb. Even if it is improperly logged, they may not "grab" with the intention of making it right.

-No one entered the race can handle another racer's tb. They may discover the racers but it will not count towards the points

-If a cacher has had your racer for a lengthy period of time without moving it, let me know and I will get a hold of them as the race coordinator and ask them nicely to move it along.

-Bribes!? I don't know if anyone would do this but at some point the cost of entry fees and bribes would exceed the price of the prizes so is it even worth it?

-If your TB goes missing within the first half of the race, you can put in another TB any time after the half way marker (TBD). however all points from the first racer are then void and you must restart at 0 points.

-Race will concluded 48 hours before the 9th winter cache event in Medicine Hat. This date has yet to be decided but it should be the end of January or beginning of February 2014.

-This is a FUN race not life and death if it's needed 15,000 pts will be deducted for any infractions to the offending party
